School Proms
You can hire an Ocean Eyes Images photographer to come to your School Prom and take photographs of the event as it happens, or to set up a mobile studio with a professional background and lighting set up.
The photographer will customise the shoot to suit the needs of the party organiser, but usually will start with candid arrival shots outside the venue, and then will move inside to the mobile studio for posed individual and group shots as requested. She will operate a first-come-first served queuing system in the party room. She will take a combination of full length shots to show off the outfits, and close-up head and shoulder shots. If there are any quiet moments she will move around the party capturing more candid shots of the guests.
A £50 fee will be payable to book the photographer for the event. This is due on booking and is non-refundable.This will secure the photographer's time for a 4 hour period.
All images are available for viewing in a password protected online gallery which will be live within 3 days of the event. Prints and digital files can be purchased online. A 5"x7" print is £10 and an uncopyrighted digital JPEG file is £15.
Alternatively, a single digital jpeg file can be burnt to a CD disc at the event, for a discounted rate of £10 per file. For more than 5 files per disc this rate is reduced to £8 per file, and for more than 10 it is £7. These images will be free from copyright, and can then be used by the purchaser for reproduction, or for use on the internet.
We do not print on-site, as we find the prints have in the past been damaged during the party, and we have found that most guests at School Proms prefer to have their own copies of the original digital files instead.
We can travel within a 20 mile radius of either Birmingham or Redditch. A request for us to travel to locations outside this area will incur an extra fee for travelling expenses, and if necessary, an overnight stay.
