Event Photography

Whether you are a nursery school that needs termly photographs taken of your children, a judo club that wants a team photo taken at the end of each course, or a toddler group wanting to offer parents individual photographs of their children, Ocean Eyes Images' Event Packages can be tailored to suit your needs.

Group Shots at Toddler Groups / Nurseries / Schools / Clubs

Ocean Eyes Images' photographers can be hired to take group shots of a nursery class or year group, or for a toddler group or sports club. We will take all photographs with no obligation. Within 14 days, we will provide a mounted copy of the best image to the club or school for them to display and which parents can view. If parents would like to purchase a copy of the photograph, we offer a quality, mounted 12"x8" print for just £18 which they can order direct from us.


Individual Portraits at Toddler Groups / Nurseries / Schools / Clubs



Ocean Eyes Images can set up a mobile studio on site with our professional studio equipment and we will take all photographs with no obligation. Digital images will be made available for viewing immediately after they have been taken, and parents will then have the opportunity to select their favourite photo from the selection taken.


For these individual portraits at group sessions only, we have two packages of multiple prints available at very competitive rates:

Mini-Pack: £23.00
Two 6x4 prints and four 5x4 prints of the same image.

Multi-Pack: £35.00
One 10”x8” print, two 5”x7” prints, four 5”x4” prints of the same image.

Parents can choose to purchase either or both packages once the images have been viewed. Multiple packages can be bought.

These packages are heavily discounted especially for this event. Prints are available in other sizes, and it will also be possible for you to purchase canvas prints and acrylic block mounts.
Samples of all of these, and their prices, will be on display on the day.

All paid for packages will be delivered to the club or school within 14 days. Alternatively, we can mail the packages direct to the parents for a small P&P fee.


For parents who are not able to attend the photo session, we can mail them an index sheet of photographs taken of their child. These parents can then contact us direct to order either or both packages at the special rate.

For individual portraits at a group session, a percentage of the monies taken will be returned to the school or club as a commission.

At both events, additional reprints, enlargements and / or canvas prints of the images are also available at an additional cost. Canvas prints will be delivered within 28 days.

We can travel within a 30 mile radius of either Birmingham or Redditch. A request for us to travel to locations outside this area will incur an extra fee for travelling expenses, and if necessary, an overnight stay.
