Family Portraiture
Ocean Eyes Images' photographers are experienced in all kinds of family portraiture. Being mums ourselves, we have a rapport with children and their parents that means we get results, every time.
Our most popular options are detailed below. With each, we can either come to your home with our mobile studio and lights for a formal photo shoot, or you can come to our custom built studio near Redditch. Alternatively, we can spend some time with you at a local park or in your garden capturing more natural shots.
"Stepping Stones" Package £50
Includes four private photo shoots spread over 12 months, each for up to 4 people, and each with a complimentary 5"x7" print. Personalised birth announcements and thank you cards are available, to include a photograph from the session, for an additional charge.
This package is the perfect gift for a new baby's arrival, a christening or a 1st birthday present. The aim of the package is to watch your child grow over the 12 months and to capture each precious stage of their development as it happens.
The ideal 'Stepping Stones' package starts with a newborn session - newborn sessions are intended for babies up to 3 months old. These sessions cater to the baby's needs with flexible feeding and changing times. Partners and/or siblings are welcome at no additional charge. We can come to the privacy and convenience of your own home if this is preferred.
We can take a selection of shots of the baby / child on their own as well as with other family members during the session. The session fee entitles up to 4 family members to take part but we can accommodate larger numbers for a small charge of just £10 per person.
Private Portrait Sitting £45
A one-off private sitting for up to 5 people, at home, our studio or on location, with a complimentary 10"x8" print.
This package makes the ideal birthday present for Grandparents, or a completely original Mother's Day or Father's Day present. Alternatively, bring along fancy dress for your own unique Christmas cards.
To hire an Ocean Eyes Images photographer for family reunions, engagement photos, new baby thank you cards or whatever else you might like that special image captured for, the fee is for a single photo shoot, which usually lasts about an hour.
We can take shots of all family / friends present in groups as well as individually. The session fee entitles up to 5 family members to take part but we can accommodate larger numbers for a small fee of just £10 per person.
*NEW* 'Four Seasons' Package
We have just launched a new package for multiple portrait sessions. Our 'Four Seasons' package entitles you to four separate photo shoots spread over 12 months. Three of these shoots are to take place at an outdoor location, one in Spring, one in Summer and one in Autumn. The fourth session will take place in our studio in the Winter months. A complimentary 5"x7" print from each session is yours to keep. The cost of the package is £40 for existing 'Stepping Stones' clients, and £50 for everybody else. Contact us for further details.
For all packages, additional reprints, enlargements and / or canvas prints of your images are available at an additional cost. Images are available for viewing within 7 days of the session, when you will meet with your photographer and be presented with a DVD slide-show of your images and details of a password protected online gallery of your images. Any reprints / enlargements that you order will then be delivered to you within 14 days of the payment date. Canvas prints, acrylics and mounted / framed prints will be delivered within 28 days of the payment date.
Copies of the DVD slideshow will be available for purchase should you wish to keep a digital copy of all images taken on the shoot as a momento. Or if you prefer, you can purchase printed index sheets of all the images instead.

Why not use your favourite image to create a customised greeting card as a gift for Christmas, or for thank you or new baby announcement cards?
A range of styles and sizes are available, and you get to choose the typed text for the front and for the inside covers of the cards.
We can travel within a 30 mile radius of either Birmingham or Redditch. A request for us to travel to locations outside this area will incur an extra fee for travelling expenses, and if necessary, an overnight stay.
